Our story

Built on Ubuntu philosophy.

The word muntu means "a person" — but in Ubuntu philosophy, a person is never alone. Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu. I am because we are.

Muntu Circle was built on this truth. We believe organisations heal when people feel human inside them. We believe change happens through story, not just strategy. We believe creativity is not a soft skill — it is the oldest technology for transformation we have.

We bring this into consulting rooms, workshop spaces, and recording studios — working with healthcare systems, universities, and businesses to build cultures where every person in the circle belongs.
